Terms of Service
Effective date: August 6, 2026
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Network Crusader platform. By creating an account or using the Service in any way, you (“User,” “you,” “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
1.1 What Network Crusader Provides
Network Crusader (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”) is a content automation platform that enables users to generate written content using third-party artificial intelligence APIs. The Service provides:
- A user interface for configuring and submitting content generation requests
- Integration with third-party AI model providers via a Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) model
- Content storage, organization, and management tools
- WordPress publishing integration
- Subscription plans that unlock platform features and account limits
1.2 What Network Crusader Does NOT Provide
Network Crusader is a platform and interface layer only. We do not:
- Provide AI model services directly
- Guarantee the quality, accuracy, truthfulness, originality, or fitness for purpose of any generated content
- Provide legal advice regarding the use of generated content
- Guarantee availability or performance of third-party AI providers
- Review or moderate content generated through the Service
2. Eligibility and Account Registration
2.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
2.2 Account Registration
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Keep your account credentials confidential
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at support@networkcrusader.com
- Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
2.3 Business Accounts
If you register on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and “you” shall refer to both you and that entity.
3. Bring Your Own Key (BYOK): API Keys
This section is critical. Read it carefully.
3.1 How BYOK Works
Network Crusader uses a Bring Your Own Key model. To use content generation features, you must provide API keys issued to you directly by third-party AI providers (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, OpenRouter, or others). You access these providers through your own account and at your own expense.
3.2 Your Responsibilities for API Keys
You are solely responsible for:
- Obtaining valid API keys from the applicable provider(s)
- Complying with each provider’s terms of service, usage policies, and acceptable use policies
- All costs, fees, and charges incurred with each AI provider through use of your API keys via Network Crusader
- Maintaining the security of your API keys and your provider accounts
- Immediately rotating any API key you believe has been compromised (revoking at your provider and replacing in Network Crusader)
- Monitoring and managing your spending limits and quotas with each provider directly
3.3 API Key Security
Network Crusader encrypts your API keys using AES-256-GCM encryption before storage. The plaintext key is never stored in our database. However:
- Network Crusader cannot guarantee absolute security. No security system is impenetrable.
- In the event of a security incident, you should rotate your API keys immediately.
- You are responsible for any costs incurred before you discover and respond to a compromise.
3.4 BYOK Liability Disclaimer
NETWORK CRUSADER IS NOT LIABLE FOR:
- Any charges, fees, or costs incurred with third-party AI providers through use of your API keys, regardless of how those charges arise
- Unauthorized use of your API keys if your Network Crusader account is compromised due to your failure to maintain account security
- API key misuse resulting from your own actions or negligence
- Provider-side security incidents, downtime, or data handling practices
- Any content generated via your API key that violates a provider’s terms of service
- Account suspension or termination by AI providers related to your usage patterns
- API key rate limits, quota exhaustion, or spending cap overages
You acknowledge that your AI provider relationship is entirely separate from your Network Crusader relationship, and that provider charges are your sole responsibility.
3.5 Third-Party Provider Terms
Your use of Network Crusader to generate content is also subject to the terms and acceptable use policies of whatever AI provider’s API key you are using. You agree to comply with all applicable provider policies.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
4.1 How the Service Is Priced
Network Crusader does not charge you for generation. Every article and image you generate runs on the API keys you supply, and your AI provider bills you directly for that usage under its own pricing. We do not add a per-generation fee to that work or resell provider capacity.
One part of the Service works differently. When a source page blocks the standard reader, Network Crusader can fetch that page through a managed reader that runs on our own vendor account rather than on your API key. That capability is metered and is paid for with research credits, described in Section 4.3.
4.2 Subscription Plans
Paid plans unlock platform features, higher account limits, and a research credit allowance. Plan features, prices, and allowance amounts are described on the pricing page and may change; changes apply prospectively and never affect a billing period you have already paid for. All payments are processed by Stripe; Network Crusader never stores or handles your payment card details.
Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until canceled. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal in your account settings, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Subscription fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
4.3 Research Credits
Research credits are a consumable balance used only for pages fetched through the managed reader. One credit covers one page. Research credits are never used for generation, which continues to run on your own API keys at your provider’s expense.
Your account can hold research credits in two forms, and the two behave differently:
- Plan allowance credits are granted at the start of each billing period on a paid plan. They are granted, not accumulated: each new period replaces whatever allowance is left rather than adding to it, so unused allowance credits do not carry over. If your subscription ends or lapses, any remaining allowance credits are removed at that time. On a yearly plan, allowance credits still arrive monthly, in the same amount as the equivalent monthly plan; paying yearly saves you subscription cost rather than granting extra credits.
- Purchased pack credits are credits you buy outright in a one-time pack. They do not expire, they are not reset at a period boundary, and they stay in your account if you cancel your subscription.
Allowance credits are spent first. Purchased credits are used only after the allowance for the current period is exhausted.
Research credits are non-transferable between accounts, have no cash value, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Current allowance amounts and pack sizes are shown on the pricing page and in your account settings.
4.4 Research Credit Packs
Research credit packs are one-time purchases processed by Stripe. Pack purchases are final and non-refundable except where a refund is required by law. Buying a pack does not change your subscription, your plan allowance, or your renewal date.
4.5 Failed Jobs
Because Network Crusader does not meter generation, a failed job carries no charge from us for the generation itself. Any tokens your AI provider consumed before the failure are still billed by that provider under its own terms, and Network Crusader cannot refund provider charges.
Research credits are handled separately. If a research credit is spent on a page and the managed reader still cannot read it, or if the standard reader turns out to have been enough, we return that credit to your account automatically. That is a return of credits to your balance, not a refund of a purchase under Section 4.4. We do not return research credits for a page that was read successfully, including where the content it produced did not meet your specifications.
Jobs commonly fail for reasons outside our control, including:
- An invalid, expired, or rate-limited API key
- Provider-side errors or outages
- Content that fails to meet your specifications when the job otherwise completes
5. Content Ownership
5.1 Content You Provide
You retain all ownership rights in any content, prompts, configurations, keywords, and other materials you provide to the Service (“Input Content”). By submitting Input Content, you grant Network Crusader a limited, non-exclusive license to use that content solely to provide the Service to you.
5.2 Generated Content
Content generated by AI models using your API key (“Generated Content”) is output from your provider’s AI system. Ownership of Generated Content is governed by:
- The terms of service of the AI provider whose API key you used
- Applicable copyright and intellectual property law in your jurisdiction
Network Crusader makes no representations or warranties regarding:
- Your ownership of or rights to Generated Content
- Whether Generated Content is subject to copyright, originality, or other intellectual property protections
- Whether Generated Content may infringe third-party intellectual property rights
You are solely responsible for:
- Determining whether you have rights to use, publish, or commercially exploit Generated Content
- Reviewing Generated Content for accuracy, legal compliance, and fitness for your intended purpose
- Any consequences of publishing, distributing, or otherwise using Generated Content
- Obtaining legal advice on the IP status of Generated Content if relevant to your use case
5.3 Network Crusader’s Ownership
Network Crusader owns all rights to the Service platform, interface, codebase, and infrastructure. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of the Service to you.

7. Service Limitations and Disclaimer of Warranties

- WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR QUALITY OF GENERATED CONTENT
- WARRANTIES THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE
- WARRANTIES REGARDING THIRD-PARTY AI PROVIDER AVAILABILITY OR PERFORMANCE
7.2 AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
GENERATED CONTENT MAY CONTAIN ERRORS, INACCURACIES, OUTDATED INFORMATION, OR HALLUCINATIONS. YOU ASSUME ALL RISK ASSOCIATED WITH PUBLISHING, DISTRIBUTING, OR RELYING ON GENERATED CONTENT.
7.3 Third-Party Services
Network Crusader depends on third-party services (Supabase, Vercel, hosted Redis infrastructure, AI providers, WordPress). We are not responsible for downtime, data loss, or errors caused by these third parties.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:
NETWORK CRUSADER AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES of any kind, including lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption

- Security incidents that result in unauthorized API key access
- Third-party service downtime or failure
- Your failure to comply with provider terms or applicable law
NETWORK CRUSADER’S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the greater of:
- The total subscription and credit pack fees you paid to Network Crusader in the 12 months preceding the claim, or
- USD $100
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities.
9. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Network Crusader and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or relating to:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any AI provider’s terms of service through use of the Service

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, with or without notice, if you:
- Violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy
- Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity

10.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your access to the Service ceases immediately. Your data is subject to deletion per our Data Retention Policy. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including liability limitations, indemnification, and dispute resolution.
11. Dispute Resolution
11.1 Informal Resolution
Before filing any formal claim, you agree to contact us at support@networkcrusader.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.
11.2 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles.
11.3 Binding Arbitration
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service that cannot be resolved informally will be resolved by final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration will be conducted in English, seated in the State of Texas, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. You and Network Crusader each waive the right to a trial by jury. Either party may instead bring an individual claim in small-claims court, and either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in court for infringement or misuse of intellectual property rights.
11.4 Class Action Waiver
You and Network Crusader agree that any proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration.
