Billing questions

Is there really no markup on API usage?

Correct. You connect your own OpenAI, Anthropic, OpenRouter, or other provider key and pay that provider directly. We never charge for generation.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Manage or cancel your subscription anytime from the billing portal in your account settings. There's no minimum commitment.

On a yearly plan, do I get all the research credits up front?

No. Your credits arrive monthly, the same amount as the monthly plan, and unused credits don't carry into the next month. Paying yearly saves you two months of subscription cost, not extra research credits.

What happens to my WordPress sites and jobs if I switch plans?

Nothing changes except your site limit going forward. Everything you've already generated and published stays exactly as it is.
